Has been facing a lot of technical problems relating to electricity but the new Resident Captain was really helpful and followed up to get it resolved. The new mattress provided is also much better than the previous ones. Housekeeping and security is good too.

sharing remarks for Turin House that should be done this week: 1. Management thoda strict hai but things are organised. Rules follow hote hai before 3-4 months there is some issue but not things changes in Stanza.

Room facilities are good but some rooms have bed bugs and they will arrange pest control service. Personnel are also good, they are friendly but since all services are offered in their app we have to post our issue in our app itself and till the central team reacts for it we have to wait.
