One of the best place to live if you are commuting Parul University or LTTS. Best facilities available. Really helpful staff. Good food. Most importantly secure (even parking). Has balcony and non balcony ac fully furnished rooms with canteen, play area, mini gym and lot of stalls outside the property.

I would like to rate Stanza as 4 because it is way more better than the rest hostels in the city but every thing has CON's and this particular place is so overated. The promised comfort is not provided but it's a nice place to stay and in my opinion the prices should be decreased.

Best place to live, specifically for students. They provide all things in there package except AC (it is prepaid). Also, available shops, hotels at walkable distance. If you are working in L&T and looking for PG this is the best option.

As name suggest it is stanza living you can stay here for some period(2-3days) after paying fare price. They also provide food facilities. If I honestly told you the food quality is quiet good.
