Lovely place if you want a great PG. Monthly rental varies between 12k to 13k for working professionals and 10k to 12k for students. (Above rental info is for 2 sharing room without AC/TV). They provide 3 sharing, 2 sharing and single occupancy type rooms on rental. Pros: Ample of facilities provided which include: 1. washing machines, 2. hot/cold water for tap and shower, 3. Free WiFi, 4. ovens and other appliances in common area, 5. indoor game in common area, 6. better food than typical pg/mess food, 7. semi furnished rooms. Cons: 1. Electricity meter charges are quite high, 2. WiFi connection problems, 3. bed size to compact for a single person to sleep comfortably, 4. morning food not included in rental plan. Overall it's a good experience. You might find issues sometimes as in building power is gone so no electricity in corridor and lift not working or in some scenarios food is not left to eat. Else everything is good. They have maintained the overall quality. But one complaint. The chef loves eggplant toooooo much. In all the dishes he adds eggplant like baigan ka salan, baigan do pyaza, baigan sambhar, baigan side up (inspired from sunny side up), baigan halwa.... eeeewwwwww.
