my experience at Stanza Living Florence House has been truly outstanding. I have been staying here for more than 6 months and honestly, this PG has become like a second home for me. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff cleans every morning without fail. The bed, wardrobe, study table, and all furniture are of good quality and comfortable. The WiFi speed is excellent and consistent. I never faced any major connectivity issues even during peak hours. The food in the mess is delicious and hygienic. They serve both North Indian and South Indian cuisines with good variety. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are fresh, tasty, and served in proper quantity. Safety and security are top-notch. There is 24x7 security guard, CCTV coverage, and separate entry systems for boys and girls. I always feel safe even while coming back late at night. The common lounge area is spacious and well-furnished, perfect for chilling with friends. They also have a decent gym that is properly maintained. Washing machines are available for free use and hot water supply is reliable. The location is very convenient – close to markets, metro station, and essential shops. There are plenty of eateries and cafes nearby as well. The staff is very supportive and responsive. Any small issue is resolved quickly. Overall, this PG is perfect for students and working professionals who are looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable living space.
