Villareal House

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My overall experience at Villarel House, Stanza Living is quite good and satisfying. The first thing I like about staying here is the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well provided with basic facilities needed for daily life. Common areas, corridors and other shared spaces are also cleaned regularly. The Housekeeping team does their job well and attempts to resolve any cleaning or maintenance issues after reporting them. Food service is also quite good. Breakfast, lunch and dinner timings are maintained and the overall experience is good regarding food quality. Sometimes an issue can be resolved by talking to the management team. Staff and Resident Executives are cooperative and helpful. If there is a room issue, maintenance problem, housekeeping concern or other resident-related issue, they listen and try to provide possible solutions. Security and overall environment are also good. I think this type of co-living setup is very convenient for students, working professionals and newcomers to Bengaluru. Overall cleanliness, food, maintenance, staff behaviour, security and living environment—all aspects considered—my experience at Villarel House, Stanza Living is good. This property can be recommended for people looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. 👍 Read More

I stayed here for a month as part of my work, and I must say, the stay was absolutely amazing! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cupboard and a study table with chairs, which made it very convenient for a work-related stay. The rooms were cleaned three times a week, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance were excellent. The food deserves a special mention—it was really good and made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well taken care of, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. A special thanks to Lokhi for being such an amazing and welcoming host. I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay here again! ❤️ Read More
