Lock In is 3 months. After 2 months, you can put in a notice of exit (1month) notice is compulsory if you wish to get back your deposit Balcony is shared and 16 rooms have balcony 16 rooms have sunlight facing windows Rest don't get sunlight as they are in the inner side Clothes drying is open air, for now they haven't added any shed (April '23) Hopefully they'll provide covered drying option before June. Stayed here for 3months, nice food and hygiene place to stay. Satyendra care taker always address issue and fix it swiftly. Overall I don't see any issues staying here.
