This is probably one of Mogilev House's biggest advantages. It's located at Zeal Chowk, near Zeal College of Engineering and Research, so if you're studying at Zeal College, the location is particularly convenient. Stanza Living Recent reviews repeatedly mention the proximity to Zeal College and describe it as a good PG for students. Stanza Living +1

The absolute gold standard for student living in Pune! Moving into Sarasota House has easily been the best decision I’ve made since arriving in the city. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and vibrant place to live, this is truly a cut above regular PGs. Unbeatable Location: Situated in a peaceful, prime neighborhood in Shivajinagar/Model Colony, it makes daily commutes effortless. Having top colleges, cafes, and essential hangouts just minutes away saves so much travel time. Spotless Rooms & Daily Maintenance: The rooms are spacious, well-lit, and fully furnished with modern setups. Daily professional housekeeping ensures everything stays clean and organized without you ever having to chase anyone down. Nutritious, Reliable Meals: The food service is consistent, hygienic, and actually tastes like home-cooked meals—a massive upgrade over the typical PG mess food. Tech-Driven & Secure: High-speed Wi-Fi handles heavy study sessions and streaming with zero lag. Plus, the biometric entry, 24/7 security, and dedicated app support give you complete peace of mind. Vibrant Community & Staff: The on-ground staff and property management are incredibly supportive and resolve any minor issue promptly. The community spaces make it easy to unwind and connect with ambitious, friendly peers. Sarasota House genuinely feels like a second home rather than rented accommodation. Cannot recommend it highly enough to any student or young professional heading to Pune! Read More

Good for staying

My stay at Kenitra House has been nothing short of amazing. The hostel offers all the basic amenities one could ask for—clean and well-ventilated rooms, uninterrupted Wi-Fi, tasty and hygienic mess food, and regular housekeeping that keeps the premises spotless. However, what truly sets this hostel apart from others is the incredible support provided by RC Bittu. He is not just a caretaker but a guardian figure who goes above and beyond his duties to ensure every resident feels at home. Whether it's a minor electrical issue at midnight, a medical emergency, or just someone to talk to when you're feeling low, RC Bittu is always there with a solution and a warm smile. His dedication, kindness, and promptness in resolving issues make him the backbone of this hostel. I genuinely feel lucky to be staying here, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and homely living experience. Read More

Long Review I have been staying at Stanza Living Tartus House, and overall, my experience has been quite good. The biggest advantage of staying here is the convenience and the fact that many things are managed under one roof. For someone who is working or studying and does not want to worry about daily household responsibilities, Stanza Living can be a comfortable option. The rooms are reasonably comfortable and the common areas are generally well maintained. The housekeeping service is helpful in keeping the property clean, and regular cleaning makes the overall environment much better. The staff members are also approachable and usually try to help whenever there is an issue or request. One of the things I particularly appreciate is the food and dining arrangement. Having meals available at the property saves a lot of time and effort, especially on busy working days. The quality and taste can vary from day to day, but overall, it is convenient to have food available without having to search for restaurants or cook every day. The location is another positive point. It is convenient for people who are working nearby, and having shops, transportation, restaurants, and other basic facilities around the property makes daily life easier. The security and managed-living setup also provide a sense of comfort, particularly for people who are new to the city. I also liked the overall community environment. Since many residents are working professionals and students, it is relatively easy to meet new people and make friends. Stanza Living also provides a more social atmosphere compared with staying alone in a rented flat. There are some areas where improvement would make the experience even better. The food menu could have more variety, and maintenance issues should be resolved more quickly whenever they occur. Cleanliness in common areas should also be monitored regularly, especially during busy hours. Internet connectivity and other facilities should be maintained consistently because they are important for working professionals. Overall, I would say Stanza Living Tartus House is a convenient and comfortable option for people looking for managed accommodation. It may not be perfect, but the combination of accommodation, food, housekeeping, security, and community makes everyday life easier. If you are moving to a new city for work or studies and want a place where most daily requirements are handled for you, I would recommend considering Stanza Living. My overall experience has been positive, and with a little more consistency in food quality, maintenance, and service, the experience could be even better. Overall, I would rate my experience around 4 to 4.5 out of 5. Read More

Staying at Stanza Living for 6 months. The overall experience has been very good. The rooms are clean and well-furnished, Wi-Fi is stable, and the food is tasty with weekly menu changes. The community events help you make friends quickly, and the app-based complaint redressal is quick. Nothing major so far. Worth it for students looking for a safe, managed stay.
