Nice place, so far, so good. It is good to stay. Spacious rooms, toilet and bathrooms are good too. They also keep it clean if you are a little vigilant and keep reminding them. Try to get a room with windows opening to the exterior. You will get bored of eating in a month or two. After all, how long will you eat outside the house at one place. I stayed at Haifa House in Baner Pune, and had a good experience. Since I was new to the city, Haifa House felt like a safe and private place to stay. There were a few cleaning issues sometimes, but the resident captain Prajakta always helped me quickly. The food quality is okay. My experience at Stanza Living Haifa House is smooth, mainly because of the Resident Captain, Sangam. He is very supportive and always quick to resolve any issues, which makes my stay much easier and hassle-free. The staff is also polite and cooperative, adding to the overall comfort. I was there for a night, but I like the concept of how they rented rooms in a flat to different people. The place was neat, security was also pretty strict in not letting unknown people in. Found it to be a lil expensive but then if it suits you it suits you

I have been staying here since August. This is a awesome place to stay, i wont call this as a pg rather call this as a community with different religions all together. Most recommended place for all employees and students

The property staff were helpful during the onboarding process. Food started from the first day and tastes good. Shakti personally looked into my onboarding and made sure everything was set up well.

The move-in coordination was done perfectly. Sales person vaibhav and Tushar helped explain everything clearly and on time. Aman makes onboarding smooth and very helpful regarding every complaints.
