The overall aesthetic of the building is very modern and looks better than most PGs. The lobby paint was scuffed in one corner, but they repainted the section within a week.

The cleaning team is so thorough and they always ask before entering the room. I like how they even clean the windows and the fan. It stays much fresher than I expected.

Good food, above avg service, overall good

My overall experience is very Good 👍

First experience is to Good

Noodles and manchurian for Sunday's match was a solid plan. The common area energy was top-notch.

I moved here because my best friend stays in another Stanza house. The security and the consistent meal plan are definitely better than the local PG options.

We had a great time watching the IPL opener yesterday in the common area. The Pizza counter they set up was a huge hit, and it was so much better than watching the game alone in my room.

My son stays at this property. I would recommend everyone about this property.

My previous PG was giving me a lot of trouble with food because they couldn't get a gas refill on time. As per friend's suggestion I moved to Annapolis House. and now I don't have to worry about skipping lunch or ordering expensive delivery.
