Comfortable stay with decent facilities. The ticket system is useful when you need help with maintenance

Overall, my experience at Stanza Living has been good. The food quality is good, the staff are friendly, and their behaviour is also appreciable. The property is well-maintained, and I would recommend this place to others. However, my only concern is that a few residents frequently create noise, which can be disturbing and disappointing, especially when trying to relax. I would appreciate it if the management could look into this issue and maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. Apart from this concern, everything else has been good, and I would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable stay. Read More

I would like to share my experience about Jounieh House, Stanza Living. Overall, my experience with this place in terms of ambience, room arrangement, food, cleanliness and residents’ amenities is pretty good. In a busy city like Bangalore, finding a good and comfortable place to stay for work or studies is not easy, but Jounieh House offers a good option in that regard. First, the rooms here are quite comfortable and arranged according to the needs of daily life. Staying in the room makes it easier to do your work, study and relax. Housekeeping and cleanliness are also emphasized. Everyone likes to live in a generally clean environment, and the management of the property is commendable in this respect. As for the food, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner by schedule. Taking residents’ opinions into account in terms of taste, quality and presentation of food is a good aspect. Management can further improve its service by having the facility to provide feedback about food at different times. The quality and timely delivery of food is critical to residents’ daily lives. It is also good to have an organized security management. Reception, residents’ entry and exit rules and general house rules help maintain an orderly atmosphere. Such arrangements are especially useful for students and employees new to Bangalore. Another good thing about this is listening to the problems of the residents and trying to solve them. It is necessary to have mechanisms to report problems with water, electricity, internet, housekeeping or maintenance and to communicate with the relevant team. Residents’ experience is further improved when an issue is resolved in a timely manner. The atmosphere at Jounieh House is also good. There are opportunities to meet people from different places, make new friends and make your daily life more simple. Such cohousing environments can be especially useful for people who are living away from home for the first time. I do think the success of any PG or co-living property doesn’t just depend on good rooms or food; Equally important is treating residents well, resolving issues in a timely manner, and maintaining cleanliness and service standards. The Jounieh House experience could be further improved if all these aspects were regularly attended to. Overall, Jounieh House, Stanza Living is an option to consider to stay in Bangalore. It can be especially useful for students, young people starting new jobs and people looking for a convenient life away from their homes. In my opinion, good management, comfortable rooms, dining facilities and attention to the needs of the residents are the true hallmarks of a good co-living property. Read More

The Housekeeping team does their job well and attempts to resolve any cleaning or maintenance issues after reporting them. Food service is also quite good. Overall, a decent and comfortable place to stay. The basic facilities—cleaning, Wi-Fi, and security—are reasonably well-managed. The rooms are cozy, though there is still room for improvement in maintenance turnaround times and overall food quality.
