The cleaning staff is very punctual and they always arrive at the same time.

Breakfast here is actually decent. I really like the poha, it’s light and tastes fresh.

I noticed a lot of the small restaurants near my college are shutting down or increasing their plate rates. Stanza has handled the situation very professionally at our house, and the meals stay consistent which helps me stick to my monthly budget.

I chose this property because of the biometric security. Being a single employee in a new city, safety was my priority, and the on-ground team makes sure only residents can access the living areas.

The common spaces are my favourite part. They’re clean and lively, and it’s nice to have a place to work, relax or just sit with others after a long day.

Nice for working people....they can stay their easily with good service

Housekeeping and security staff are polite and punctual. Common areas are tidy and comfortable. Sachin makes sure all operations are handled smoothly and efficiently.

Good PG. It has its own set of flaws but the room is great and food is decent.

It's good we stayed for 3months so... its good. Food is good, they only give two meals in a day. Parking is there for both 2 and 4 wheeler.

I stayed there for 9 months and had a good experience. Food, security, internet connection and maintenance is reasonable, and staff is actually quick to respond to complaints or feedback, which is really good.
