They have Sana, Nagraj as the best and most chill RC with Nandini as their cluster manager bringing innovative ways to facilitate the residents. Pros: 1) The entire system is app driven, you will have a dedicated ticket for your concern/ complaint which won't be closed until you are satisfied with the resolution. 2) The Food is too good compared to other PGs. I would suggest booking a double or triple sharing room unless privacy is your utmost concern. Locality My initial impression about the locality wasn’t great but don’t let that fool you as well. Being situated opposite to a school and being in the vicinity of a railway passing, temples and HAL Management academy, one would expect to be troubled by the noises. First things first, I’m writing this review about 2.5 months since I shifted out of there into another Stanza in Pune. I have to say that Bilbao House was, and has been the best stanza I’ve ever lived in so far. The friendships formed, acquaintances made and the overall environment inside, specially on the top canteen floor and game areas. And I am eternally grateful to them for helping us host Ganapati celebrations which were absolutely dhamakedaar. The area immediately around Bilbao is pathetic, however the walking trips I’ve had to HSR and my office nearby and my dance classes made the whole experience of a year so memorable. Stanza living varies depending on locality to locality, and as a kind neighbor once said ‘it depends on where you’re willing to compromise’. Stanza Bilbao is the first hostel accommodation I’ve lived in since I moved out of home. The food does become very monotonous but if you make an effort to know even some people and mingle with them, the moments and experiences will be immensely glorious. The best co-living I have ever stayed at in Bangalore and Hyderabad for a tight budget and it was undoubtedly value for money. The location is 5 mins from the bus stop. Internet & Electricity - Need to be recharged through the app based on your usage. There’s also a gym on the terrace , a TV and a common playing area . I personally don’t use these much since I’m working, but if you’re a student, these are nice facilities to have.
