Got all details well before the move in day. Food was available from day one and tastes good. Current bill seperate around 500 monthly. Fixed deposit around 8800 for 1 year contract. Room and bathroom will be cleaned weekly once Bedbugs spray will be done monthly 1 once. Hot water is limited time.

This PG is mostly applicable for students. This Incheon house is best for students. This Incheon house has 2,3 & 4 sharing rooms ,rent varying between 7000 to 9000. Food is eatable. They serve chapathi and two types of rice in the lunch & dinner with 3 curries. Tiffin was that much good.

Location is convenient with shops and metro nearby. Abhishek keeps everything well managed and ensures quick esponse. Onboarding experience was smooth and simple. Shithal is very helpful and always listens to resident concerns.
