Frankly, I did not want to live in a hostel because of the restrictions and unavailability of some amenities. Even if that would have been sorted, being a Bong, from Kolkata, the one thing that I was the most apprehensive about while moving to Pune was food. I did not expect food that was even close to home from a Living space. But I did. Food here genuinely tastes good. Stanza Living provides us with a healthy and balanced diet and we get non vegetarian options multiples days a week. Apart from that, room's are cleaned regularly, proper sanitation is maintained. We have the service of laundry takeaway twice a week, and two washing machines available for personal use 24*7. The Wifi connection is pretty good and aids me in studies and binging movies and shows. All the other residents, including my friends and seniors, are very warm and helpful. Everyone treats you as their own and we are one big family. Our seniors, or 'bhaiyas', help us every step of the way in navigating through law school and life. I would also like to give a special shoutout to Babu bhaiya and Kulbhushan Bhaiya, who are always there for us whenever we have any issues, from food to laundry.
