Its been 2 year i am living here & been great experience with Austin Stanza house kondhwa. Overall experience is excellent here just food also good but could improve they provide curry repeat so need to change menu. RC and Staff is very well spoken so no worries i seem vipul bhayaswar is doing great work here solving problem ASAP. Good environment for studying and also having fun. Rc and staff people treat us as family members. Area is also awesome, can go for morning walk. Best thing is that all things are easily available from near the market. Satisfied with the food also if we have issue, it gets solved quickly. No major problems faced till now.

Stanza living is best stay place for students as well as working people. The rooms are pretty spacious and airy. The staff is friendly and helpful too. Housekeeping is done on alternate day. In short searching for a good place to stay stanza living shall be the best option.

Smooth process of booking and great service. Only complaints are that you get only one study table for two people and also the toilets in a few rooms are common for two rooms. Otherwise great experience till now.

All services are delivered on time without any delays. CM ensures smooth functioning and regular follow-ups. Samson Varghese regularly checks on the property and ensures residents’ comfort is a top priority.

In this area the stanza living is one and only best hostel with great ambiance near VU and VIIT college other hostels nearby are so dull, the food is average but adjustable.
