Great pg with good facilities

The absolute gold standard for student living in Pune! Moving into Sarasota House has easily been the best decision I’ve made since arriving in the city. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and vibrant place to live, this is truly a cut above regular PGs. Unbeatable Location: Situated in a peaceful, prime neighborhood in Shivajinagar/Model Colony, it makes daily commutes effortless. Having top colleges, cafes, and essential hangouts just minutes away saves so much travel time. Spotless Rooms & Daily Maintenance: The rooms are spacious, well-lit, and fully furnished with modern setups. Daily professional housekeeping ensures everything stays clean and organized without you ever having to chase anyone down. Nutritious, Reliable Meals: The food service is consistent, hygienic, and actually tastes like home-cooked meals—a massive upgrade over the typical PG mess food. Tech-Driven & Secure: High-speed Wi-Fi handles heavy study sessions and streaming with zero lag. Plus, the biometric entry, 24/7 security, and dedicated app support give you complete peace of mind. Vibrant Community & Staff: The on-ground staff and property management are incredibly supportive and resolve any minor issue promptly. The community spaces make it easy to unwind and connect with ambitious, friendly peers. Sarasota House genuinely feels like a second home rather than rented accommodation. Cannot recommend it highly enough to any student or young professional heading to Pune! Read More

Whether it's a minor electrical issue at midnight, a medical emergency, or just someone to talk to when you're feeling low, RC Bittu is always there with a solution and a warm smile. His dedication, kindness, and promptness in resolving issues make him the backbone of this hostel.
