What’s Included in the Rent

Yep, whether you’re looking for flats or a single room for rent, negotiating on the rent alone isn’t enough. You’ve got to ask, pester, and double-check about all the amenities and costs that are covered under the rent. For example, your rent might seem low to you at first. But when that extra society fee and the extra water bill comes knocking, you’re gonna wish you had checked these hidden costs earlier.
