Stanza Living Essen House is a unisex PG (paid-accommodation hostel) in Porur, Chennai, near MIOT International. It's mostly well reviewed, with the caveat that the best-known reviews come from Stanza's own site. **What residents say** - **Rooms and cleanliness:** Recent reviewers describe clean rooms, well-maintained facilities and excellent food, with a safe, welcoming feel. - **Staff:** One resident from September 2026 praised the team as friendly, helpful and always responsive. - **Overall comfort:** Another review called the food, cleanliness, Wi-Fi and amenities good, and the place comfortable and convenient. - **Food:** A Google-style listing review says the food is very rare to find in other hostels or PGs. **Ratings** It's rated 3.9/5 from 64 reviews on one listing aggregator. That's decent but not outstanding. It suggests some residents have had mixed experiences that the glowing website testimonials don't show. **Pricing** The double-occupancy listing shows ₹21,299/month. Other pages show lower starting prices, with quadruple rooms from about ₹15,799/month and doubles from about ₹17,799/month. Prices appear to vary by page and date, so confirm the current rate and what's included. **Things to check before booking** - Stanza's website reviews are curated, so also read the Google Maps reviews, which tend to be more candid. - Ask about the notice period, deposit refund timing and any extra charges, which are common complaints with managed PGs generally. - Visit in person if you can, to see the actual room, the food and the noise level. **Bottom line:** It looks like a solid, well-managed option with good food and responsive staff, at a mid-to-premium price. The 5rating is a reason to read the independent reviews before committing. Read More

Stanza living Eugene change to my life style

Very comfortable stay, 8 months and counting I've been living at Stanza Living Sarnia, Manapakkam, Chennai for 8 months now, and it's been a comfortable experience overall. The support team is responsive and helpful, and the common areas are kept clean. Rooms are cleaned regularly by the staff, though how tidy a room stays day to day is up to the resident. Some people feel it's on the expensive side. That really depends on individual needs and budget, but for the comfort and support you get, I found it reasonable. Has Genset in case of power failure, lift to move across floors, good is buffet style, almost home made style, less oil, balanced protein\carb dite. Recommended for working professionals who want a hassle-free stay away from home Read More
