18 PGs in Q City, Hyderabad - Ideal for Students & Professionals

It's with my brother's excellent feedback after living 2 years in Stanza Manipal that I opted for this accomodation. There were a few hiccups here and there like the bathroom was not maintained and the toilets were not upto the mark. But as soon as I put a complain about it, oh the response and the support. within an hour of raising the issue, I had not only the city, Zonal and cluster head personally visiting and going through all my complain at my room (this happened literally at 10:30 at night). But they also assure that every single issue in the room will be fixed. Eventhough as I write this, it's just been few hours since I have been given the assurance, but for heirarchies to reach to my room and give me this assurance speaks about the commitment and the dedication Stanza living has towards keeping their residents happy health and satisfied. I await for my resolution but the response so far has been beyond beyond amazing. If you are looking for accommodation, my personal suggestion would be to opt for stanza. Don't get into this looking at the amenities they provide. Stanza disappoints you where it matters the most in things like food, room cleaning and parking. • Food is very bad here and the very few times they give good food it is LIMITED. • They do room, washroom cleaning hardly once in a week, that too if we go after them asking them to clean. Washrooms are not so great. • Parking is very very limited. Even if you are lucky enough to find a spot, you will be facing difficulties in getting your vehicle out. • Staff here are not very helpful either, all they tell is to raise a ticket in the app. Even if you want to move out of this, they have a stupid 3 month contract/policy. Been living in this place for 5 months now. I never had any complaints, the reason for the 4 stars and not five is cuz sometimes the WiFi doesn’t work so well and that will be the time I will need it the most, being a working professional. Other than that, things that are perfect; The food, housekeeping, people staying in Stanza, the help desk, gym, etc.. all of these are things that will never bring up any problems for you. Hi I am staying at this property since 6 months,compare to other properties this is the best one with food and other hospitality. Best supporting Residencial captains; Ravi, Tania and Anand. Can’t think of a better place to live than this PG! You will get all the amenities you need while staying away from home and even more comfort as everything is available at your fingertips. Timely food is served which is delicious too and the PG is situated at a very convenient location too.

Nice PG in Hyderabad. Clean and Hygiene food. Supportive Staffs are there in Memphis House. Only thing is, when it comes to Security Deposit, they will take sometime to refund back. Time will vary from PG to PG of upto 60 days. But definitely you will receive your deposit amount.

Good place to live at a very reasonable price in hyd compared to others, 5-6 minutes away from city and most offices, nice food places nearby, food is also served everyday on rooftop which is included in rent, RC is friendly and helpful and resolves things fast, overall good

Accha h, khana bhi achha rhata h, jyse website me dikhaya h wayse hi h, they don't provide bedsheets and pillow but they shown in website, It is co-living, girl's and boy's both can live here, many of them already living

Just visited once before booking and I can say I made the right decision. Staff has been nice, welcoming and hostel have a great ambiance. Food was my concern but that is also good and home-like.
