The property was not on good sahpe but it got renovated , Property manager doing good work

I found a really good PG with basement parking for below ₹10K per person for 2-sharing, especially if we take a 1-year contract. The price may vary depending on the contract duration and sharing option. I searched for PGs for more than 2 days across Gachibowli, Kondapur, HITEC City, and nearby areas. Most places were starting at around ₹13K, and even then, some had smaller rooms, no proper parking, or poor transportation options. After searching everywhere, I finally found this place, and honestly, it feels like a gem considering the price and facilities. Also, if you’re still looking for another option, I saw an OAK PG for men in HITEC City. The rooms were very spacious, parking was available, and food and other facilities were included. Everything looked really good, but we couldn’t get a vacancy at that time. If you’re lucky, you might be able to get a vacancy now, so it’s worth checking ASAP. Read More
