It's with my brother's excellent feedback after living 2 years in Stanza Manipal that I opted for this accomodation. There were a few hiccups here and there like the bathroom was not maintained and the toilets were not upto the mark. But as soon as I put a complain about it, oh the response and the support. within an hour of raising the issue, I had not only the city, Zonal and cluster head personally visiting and going through all my complain at my room (this happened literally at 10:30 at night). But they also assure that every single issue in the room will be fixed. Eventhough as I write this, it's just been few hours since I have been given the assurance, but for heirarchies to reach to my room and give me this assurance speaks about the commitment and the dedication Stanza living has towards keeping their residents happy health and satisfied. Stanza disappoints you where it matters the most in things like food, room cleaning and parking. • Food is very bad here and the very few times they give good food it is LIMITED. • They do room, washroom cleaning hardly once in a week, that too if we go after them asking them to clean. Washrooms are not so great. • Parking is very very limited. Even if you are lucky enough to find a spot, you will be facing difficulties in getting your vehicle out. • Staff here are not very helpful either, all they tell is to raise a ticket in the app. Even if you want to move out of this, they have a stupid 3 month contract/policy. Uma and Devisri was the RC when I joined, they both have very good personality and were managing the things so professionally and were so friendly in communicating. The laundry service is straightforward with no mysteries and during the winter a neighbor knitted scarves for a few of us who forgot gloves. Quirky, practical, and filled with small human stories that make living here warm rather than anonymous.

I shifted here last semester and instantly noticed the cleanliness. The staff clean rooms regularly and repairs happen quickly. Once my fan stopped working at night and the attendant came within 15 minutes. The Wi Fi is steady and the people living here are genuinely nice. We study, cook together sometimes, and celebrate birthdays like it is a family thing.

The top hostel for girls with all facilities with top class amenities. Food is so delicious and you can preorder your food.Staff are so patience and always available for you. I personally feel happy with the stay in Stanza as it is a home away from home, friends to hang out with, food being decent and provided three times a day. Future Improvements based on feedback would be very helpful, as this is one of the very few executive ladies hostels in the heart of the city!

It was a good experience staying in Stanza Living Canberra House. It was affordable and the management family has very good manners and very homely. I Met a South African guy and had a nice conversation with her about the cultural differences. It was a calm and peaceful stay at Canberra.

Nice PG in Hyderabad. Clean and Hygiene food. Supportive Staffs are there in Memphis House. Only thing is, when it comes to Security Deposit, they will take sometime to refund back. Time will vary from PG to PG of upto 60 days. But definitely you will receive your deposit amount.

Good place to live at a very reasonable price in hyd compared to others, 5-6 minutes away from city and most offices, nice food places nearby, food is also served everyday on rooftop which is included in rent, RC is friendly and helpful and resolves things fast, overall good

I am staying here from July 2023 till now. This PG is situated a very good location. You can reach Atrium Mall within 2 minutes and other shops for daily usage are available here. Only problem is PG is little small compare to other Stanza Living PGs in Hyderabad.

We are staying here from past 3 months The amenities,food,management everything is comfortable here . I have been stayed in hostels from my schooling but I didn't had this much comfort and luxury. I would definitely suggest to choose stanza as accommodation.

Best affordable professional PG in Hyderabad. Room cleaning and maintenance is good. Any issues occurred, resolved very fast. Table tennis to play when someone gets bored and TV to watch in the cafeteria. Oven and fridge are also available for everybody.
