Power backup is a lifesaver and i never face any issues during power cuts while attending my online classes or meetings.

Rohini ashok pradhan is a very helpful manager and he always checks if the amenities are working well.

The location has great connectivity to buses and autos so i never face issues while traveling to my college or office.

I like the biometric lock on the main door because it makes me feel like i am staying in a very premium property.

The beds have privacy curtains and personal reading lights which makes the dorm feel like your own mini room. The bathroom and shower were spotless. And the in-house cafe serves great coffee and affordable meals

Saturday's Golgappe counter was a total success. Everyone was hanging out and enjoying the game.

Staying here means I don't have to deal with market fluctuations. For a fair price, I get a clean room and my food is always ready, while others are spending double on outside food.

While other houses in this area are cutting down their menus or stopping evening snacks due to gas issues, we still get our full meal plan. Avinash Magare really knows how to keep the kitchen running even when there are supply issues outside.

Saturday night well spent with the housemates. The Noodles and manchurian were served hot during the second innings.

Finally a weekend where I didn't have to order out. We enjoyed the IPL premiere with the amazing Pizza counter they had at the house. AVINASH Magare managed the crowd really well.

My previous PG was giving me a lot of trouble with food due to the LPG crunch. A colleague suggested I move here, and now I don't have to worry about a thing.

I suggested Stanza to my brother because of the Professional Housekeeping. He’s not the best at cleaning, so this service is perfect for him.

Even with the rising costs of living, Stanza has maintained an affordable price for us. The rooms are clean and the food taste is consistent, which is all you can ask for in this situation.

It helps that security is reliable, and entry is managed well most of the time. I find that support is reachable through the app which makes tracking simple. Also, one thing I notice is that the service saves me the trouble of washing and drying clothes myself.
